TORY LANEZ CHARGED WITH 2 FELONY COUNTS IN SHOOTING OF MEGAN THEE STALLION

Tory Lanez has been charged on Thursday, October 8, 2020, for the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. The incident happened in July 2020.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office issued a press release declaring that the “rap artist known as Tory Lanez has been charged with assaulting a female friend in the Hollywood Hills earlier this year.”
The D.A. also alleges Tory inflicted great bodily injury. Inflicted great bodily injury means physical injury suffered by the victim of a violent crime that causes a substantial risk of death, extended loss or impairment of a body part or function or permanent disfigurement.

The rapper was charged with two felony counts, one of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and another for carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
While the press release did not expose Megan Thee Stallion’s name, it did describe a “24-year-old victim” who engaged in an argument with Lanez on July 12 while driving in an SUV in Hollywood Hills.

“The victim exited the vehicle and Peterson [Tory Lanez] is accused of shooting several times at her feet and wounding her.”

Just weeks after the the Canadian entertainer released an album claiming his innocence, he was officially charged. If convicted, the 5 foot 3 artist faces up to 22 years and 8 months in prison.

A source exclusively told Plenty of Shade that if Daystar Peterson, professionally known as Tory Lanez, gets jail time, he might get deported to Canada! Not too sure Tory is a fan of cold weather and long winters.

The Stallion publicly accused him of shooting her in the foot on her Instagram live, on August 20t, 2020!

“Yes, this n***a Tory shot me. You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people to these blogs lying and s**t, stop lying,” she said with emotion.

Tory Lanez will be arraigned on Tuesday October 13, 2020. More information to come.

It has been reported to Plenty of Shade that Sophia unfollowed her ex-boyfriend Scott on Instagram after dating rumors started to swirl around between him and alleged model Bella Banos. She took the opportunity to unfollow her sister-wife Kourtney Kardashian as well!

Bella and the father-of-three were spotted on a dinner date at Nobu, in Malibu on Thursday, October 1, 2020, five months after his split with Sophia Richie. The pair reportedly arrived and left together in Scott’s Black Ferrari 812 Superfast. It has been alleged that the diner date was quite awkward as Scott’s Ferrari broke down in front of the restaurant! Luckily for him, the battery was the cause of the embarrassment and the car wasn’t towed or scrapped.

Ironically, 37 year old Scott Disick began dating Sophia Richie in 2017 as well. Draya wrote on Instagram, on December 25th, that she’s been single for the entire month of December 2019.
“I have been single the entire month of December… So if anyone has anything to say about me or the guy I used to be engaged to, save it. We don’t care,” the model wrote on Instagram stories.

Orlando and Draya have been together since 2013. According to multiple events, the pair have had an on-and-off relationship. They broke in 2015 and the NFL player proposed to the model two months after.

TEKASHI 6IX9INE WILL NOT BE COMING HOME TODAY, SENTENCED TO 2 YEARS IN PRISON WITH 5 YEARS PROBATION

Tekashi 6ix9ine was sentenced to 2 years in prison and 5 years of probation plus 300 hours of community services, on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.

His attorney Lance Lazzaro had requested the court to grant him a 13 months sentence, in return of his “extraordinary assistance and cooperation with the government,” according to a court filing. His request was denied as the judge said that 6ix9ine was a dangerous individual.

As reported on Plenty Of Shade on August 17, 2019, Daniel Hernandez was initially sentenced to a minimum on 47 years in prison and pleaded guilty to 9 felonies including racketeering,  in February 2019. He testified as a witness during the trials of Anthony Ellison and Aljermiah Mack, who were both convicted of felonies, Lazzaro wrote in hopes of his client to be released today (12/18).

In a letter to the judge filed last week, 6ix9ine deeply apologized for his crimes, for joining the “dangerous’’ gang and for misrepresenting his identity to his fans.

“I now know that I am remorseful for what happened because I was blessed with the gift of an opportunity that most people dream of but I squandered it by getting involved with the wrong people and misrepresenting myself when I should have been true to myself and my fans,” Daniel Hernandez wrote.

“I’m sorry to the victims who were affected by my actions, to my fans who look up to me and were misled, to my family who depends on me and to this courtroom for this mess that I contributed to,” he concluded.

 

6ix9ine’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, portrayed Hernandez as a young man who joined the Nine Trey gang only to promote his rap career and support his family.

“Mr. Hernandez is a rap artist who foolishly joined the Nine Trey Gansta Bloods in an attempt to promote a gangster persona which would help him sell his music and advance his career,” Lazzaro Lance wrote in the filing.

His lawyers alluded that the rapper was a good young adult who made bad choices throughout his life. Daniel Hernandez was arrested in 2015 for recording a 13-year-old girl performing oral sex and posting the video to his Instagram page, according to the government’s sentencing documents. Once again, he pleaded guilty to use of a child in a sexual performance and was sentenced to probation, prosecutors said.

To conclude, his snitching did help. The 23-year-old went from 47 years in prison to 2 years. According to our EXCLUSIVE sources, Tekashi could possibly get out of the big house in 1 year max, on good behavior.

Snooki confirmed on the ‘It’s Happening with Snooki & Joey’ podcast that she is not returning to Jersey Shore Family Vacation for season 4. The reality star says she loves her fans and hopes they will understand and respect her decision.

 “I am retiring from Jersey Shore. I am not coming back to Jersey Shore for season 4 if there is one. The main reason is really … I just can’t do it anymore. Literally, leaving my kids to film it is really, really hard on me,” she said.

 

It seems like it has not been easy for her to be away from her husband and three children when she had to record episodes for the drama-filled reality show. She mentioned that the drama on the show is taking a toll on her and she feels like she is being portrayed as a villain. The 32-year-old confesses that she absolutely hates being away from her kids and realized that she cannot party three days in a row anymore.

 “I don’t like the person I’m being portrayed as. This is getting a little too much. At 32 years old and with three kids, if I’m doing a reality show I just want it to be fun and light-hearted, and lately it’s not like that and the show is getting so dramatic,” says the reality star.

Justin Bieber seems to want to finish this year on a … lighter note.

The singer posted a picture on his Instagram yesterday (12/03) and addressed his past use of the N-word. He explains that when he was younger, he supposedly didn’t know the power of his words and said hurtful things.

He also acknowledged that racism is still prevalent in our society and wants to use his voice to stand against racism.

 “We are all human beings and all of EQUAL VALUE BEFORE GOD!” Justin wrote in his caption.

Justin Bieber was filmed saying the N-word on multiple occasions: in 2011 and 2014.

A 2011 video was leaked from ‘The Sun’ and TMZ, where Justin was casually saying the N-word on set of his documentary ‘Never Say Never.’ According to multiple sources, his representatives had allegedly spent tons of money trying to keep the clip out of the public eye.

The 25-year old star was heard making racist jokes and using the N-word in a leaked video clip , in 2014. “Why are black people afraid of chainsaws?” he said at one point, before repeating the phrase: “Run n*****”.

Bieber previously issued an apology following the backlash he received. He wrote in a statement: “I’m very sorry. I take my friendships with people of all cultures very seriously and I apologize for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake.”

To continue, last year, Justin got sued for using racial slurs and for allegedly punching a man at a hotel. The lawsuit related to an incident took place back in 2016.

Omarion has revealed the new lineup for The Millennium Tour 2020 and one major group is missing: B2K!

B2K’s absence might possibly be due to the fact that Lil Fizz Pop is currently dating Omarion’s ex- girlfriend and the mother of his children, Apryl Jones.

MEGHAN MARKLE AND PRINCE HARRY WON’T SPEND CHRISTMAS WITH THE ROYAL FAMILY

It looks like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex might be sending a slick message to the royal family by taking their holiday cheer outside the UK this year.

A spokesperson for the royal couple has confirmed to CNN that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will be spending Christmas with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland.

Prince Harry and Meghan will finally be getting some much-needed time away from the United Kingdom. The couple spent their last two Christmases with the Queen Elizabeth at Sandringham. This will be baby Archie’s first Christmas and he will be spending it in the United States.

The Queen normally hosts Christmas at the Sandringham estate, where she is joined by many wealthy members of the royal family.

Traditionally on Christmas morning, the family is greeted by well-wishers as they head to a service at the church of St. Mary Magdalene on the estate’s grounds, according to CNN.

As mentioned on Plenty Of Shade, Meghan previously had an emotional interview and confessed that many real things are going on behind the scenes and not many people have asked her if she was simply OK.  Meghan also shared that she struggles with the intense media spotlight and finds it “challenging.”

During the couple’s tour of southern Africa, Prince Harry explained  how the relentless attention reminded him of his mother’s death, 22 years ago, and continues to affect his mental health:

“It’s constant management… I thought I was out of the woods and then it all suddenly all came back. Part of this job and part of any job, like anybody, means putting on a brave face, and turning a cheek to a lot of this stuff,” Harry confessed.

To conclude, both Prince Harry and Meghan have taken legal action against multiple British newspapers for defamation of character and privacy invasion.

Hopefully they will spend a wonderful time in the US, with Meghan’s family.
